Do you really have to have your art or logo in a PES format to have it embroidered on something? YES! There is just no way around that. This is the format that the embroidery machines read and no other file type will work. You can send me any file type to have your art or logo made into a PES format. 

 

How Do I Place An Order For Custom Or Personalized Products?

You can order online on our website or Etsy shop (https://megforddesignwear.etsy.com). Send your email to info@megford.com and we will get back to you right away!

After you place an order, please check your email or Etsy messages for questions we may have about your order.

 

How do I place a custom art order?

Simply email your order to info@megford.com. 

Things to include:

1. Item name and/or number

2. Item size and color

3. Thread colors

4. Approximate size of the art or logo on the item.

5. Email your art to info@megford.com. Your design does need to be in a PES format. If you do not have your design in that format, we can help you with that for a $15 fee. Just add the "left chest sized digitizing" item to your order. This is a must!

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds for manufacturer defects as well as other returns will be on a case by case basis. Any item with custom embellishment is not returnable and non refundable.

*Please let me know what name or monogram, thread color or art/logo you would like. You can check out the fonts/monograms page to choose. Don't see what you are looking for? Just send me a note and we can get it worked out! Want your logo or art embroidered on it? Email your pes file with your art/logo to info@megford.com. No pes file? No problem at all, just add the “left chest sized digitizing” to your order and I will have your logo or art converted for you.

 

**Please note that if you want your logo or art embroidered on ANY item it must be in a pes format. If you do not have your art or logo in a pes format you will need to purchase the "Left Chest sized Digitizing” which is $15.00. This is not necessary for names or monograms. I will be happy to email the digitized file to you for future use if you provide an email address.

What if I want a full jacket back sized design and don't have it in a PES format? You purchase the Jacket Back Sized Digitizing item AND you purchase the Jacket Back Embroidery Item. The jacket back embroidery IS NOT included in the price of the item...EVER!
