How Do I Place An Order For Custom Or Personalized Products?
You can order online on our website or Etsy shop, email us or call us with your order. Send your email to email@example.com and we will get back to you right away!
Returns & Refunds
All custom screen print, embroidery and sublimation orders must have a signed order and art verification on file prior to production. Returns and refunds for manufacturer defects as well as other returns will be on a case by case basis.
How do I place a custom art order?
Simply email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Things to include:
1. Item name and/or number
2. Item size and color
3. Thread colors
4. Email your art to email@example.com. Your design does need to be in a PES or DST format. If you do not have your design in that format, we can help you with that for a $25 fee.
